# Manage member points

**Pro feature:** This page needs TrueCommunity Pro.

Go to **Gamification Pro → Member Points** and search for a member by name, username or email.

You see their current balance, rank and full **Points history**.

## Adjust points

Enter an **Amount** and an optional **Note** (for example "Bonus for hosting the meetup"), then click **Apply**. Use a negative number, like `-50`, to take points away while keeping the history.

## Remove an entry

Remove a single line from the history. Its points come off the balance and the leaderboards.

## Start a member over

Wipes the member's points, history and challenge entries. Badges they no longer qualify for are taken back.

**Important:** Starting over cannot be undone.
