# Ranks

Go to **Gamification Pro → Rank Types**.

The Rank Types screen

Each row is one rank. A member gets a rank as soon as their points reach the **Points needed**.

| Column | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Name** | The rank name, like "Explorer" |
| **Points needed** | The points where this rank starts |
| **Icon** | An emoji shown next to the rank |
| **Colour** | The rank colour |

## The default ladder

| Rank | Points needed |
| --- | --- |
| Newcomer | 0 |
| Explorer | 100 |
| Achiever | 500 |
| Expert | 1,500 |
| Master | 4,000 |
| Legend | 10,000 |

Rename them, change the numbers, or click **+ Add rank** to add more. Click **Save Changes**.

**Tip:** Members see "60 points to Explorer" on their Rewards page, which gives them a clear next goal.
