Is the free plugin really complete?
Yes. The free plugin includes the activity feed, member profiles, groups, private messages, notifications and courses with quizzes. Many communities never need more.
Does Pro replace the free plugin?
No. Pro is an add-on. Keep TrueCommunity installed and active, then install TrueCommunity Pro next to it.
Will I lose anything when I upgrade?
No. Pro reads the same members, posts, groups and courses. Activate it and the new settings appear on your existing courses.
What happens if my Pro license ends?
Pro keeps working on your site. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew.
Will free features move to Pro later?
No. Nothing that is in the free plugin today will move to Pro.
Do all Pro plans include the same features?
Yes. Every Pro plan includes every Pro feature. Plans differ only by the number of sites and the support level.
