This Privacy Policy explains what personal data TrueCommunity (“we”, “us”) collects on truecommunitypro.com (the “Website”), why we collect it and what rights you have.

What we collect
- Account and order details: your name, email address, the products you bought, order numbers and licence keys.
- Licence activations: when you activate a licence, the URL of the website it is activated on and the plugin version, so we can deliver updates and enforce site limits.
- Messages you send us: name, email, subject, message and any website URL you enter in our contact or support forms.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in standard server logs for security.
We do not collect or store your card or bank details.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details and billing address and handles them under Paddle’s Privacy Policy. Paddle shares with us only what we need to fulfil your order, such as your name, email, country and order details.
How we use your data
- To deliver your licence, downloads and updates
- To answer support and contact requests
- To send order, renewal and account emails
- To protect the Website against fraud and abuse
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Paddle: payment processing, invoices, tax and refunds
- Our hosting provider: stores the Website and its database
- Google reCAPTCHA: protects the contact form from spam (Google Privacy Policy)
We may also disclose data when required by law.
Cookies
The Website uses only the cookies it needs to work: WordPress login cookies when you sign in to your account, and a cart/session cookie during checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep data
Order and licence records are kept for as long as your licence exists and as required for tax and accounting. Contact and support messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Website and our products are not intended for anyone under 16.
