These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of TrueCommunity Pro made on truecommunitypro.com (the “Website”). The Website and TrueCommunity Pro are operated by TrueCommunity (“we”, “us”, “our”). By buying a licence or using the Website you agree to these Terms.

1. Our reseller: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Invoices and receipts are issued by Paddle.

2. What you are buying

TrueCommunity Pro is a premium add-on for the free TrueCommunity WordPress plugin. A purchase gives you a licence key that unlocks the Pro features, plugin updates and customer support for the number of websites included in your plan:

  • Solo: 1 website
  • Studio: 5 websites
  • Agency: 30 websites

The software is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2 or later. The licence key controls access to updates, downloads and support; it does not restrict your GPL rights to the code itself.

3. Yearly and lifetime licences

  • Yearly licences include updates and support for 12 months and renew automatically every year at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
  • Lifetime licences are a one-time payment and include updates and support for as long as TrueCommunity Pro is actively developed and sold.

If a yearly licence is cancelled or not renewed, the plugin keeps working on your sites, but you no longer receive updates or support.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on our Pricing page. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Paddle at checkout based on your location. Payment is taken by Paddle using the payment method you choose.

5. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time by emailing [email protected] or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; your licence stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Support

Customers with an active licence get support through our support form or by email at [email protected]. Support covers installing, configuring and using TrueCommunity Pro; it does not include custom development or problems caused by third-party themes, plugins or hosting.

8. Acceptable use

You may not resell, share or publish your licence key, use it on more websites than your plan allows, or use the Website or our software for anything unlawful. We may suspend a licence that is clearly being abused.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

TrueCommunity Pro is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or suit every website. Always keep backups of your site. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after the “Last updated” date. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.
