Go to Gamification Pro → Badges and click Add New Badge.
Set up the badge #
- Enter the badge name as the title, and a short description.
- Optional: set a featured image as the badge picture.
- In Badge settings, fill in:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Icon | An emoji shown when the badge has no image |
| Reward | Points paid when a member earns the badge. Use 0 if the badge itself is the reward. |
| Secret badge | Hide the badge until someone earns it — a nice surprise |
Decide how it is earned #
Under Earn this badge if… there are two boxes:
- ALL of these must happen — every condition here must be met
- ANY one of these happens — just one condition here is enough
The badge is given when all conditions in the first box are met, or any one in the second box. Leave a box empty to skip it.
For each condition, choose What must happen? (an activity), and where needed how many times and which course, lesson or group.
Click + Add condition to add more, then Publish.

Members earn badges automatically. They get a notification, and the points are added to their balance.
See who has a badge #
Go to Gamification Pro → Badge Participants. Choose a badge to see everyone who earned it and when. You can take a badge back — the points it paid are removed too.
