After you activate TrueCommunity, go through these five steps. Each one takes about a minute.
1. Give your community a name and address #
Go to TrueCommunity → Configuration. Enter your Community Name and a Community URL Slug. The slug is the last part of the address, for example community gives you yoursite.com/community.
2. Add your logo #
Go to TrueCommunity → General. Upload a logo for light mode and one for dark mode. They appear in the top-left corner of the community.
3. Choose your features #
Go to TrueCommunity → Modules. Turn off any feature you do not need. For example, a course-only community can turn off Stories and Messages.
4. Set up your emails #
Go to TrueCommunity → Mail. Add your sender name, sender email, logo and brand colour, and choose which events send an email.
5. Bring in your existing users #
If your site already has users, go to TrueCommunity → Migrate Users and click Start Migration so they all appear in the community.

You are ready #
Visit your community address, write the first post, create a group or two and invite your members.
Tip: Every person who can log in to your WordPress site is a member. There is no separate sign-up — use your normal WordPress registration, or add users from Users → Add New.
