Go to Gamification Pro → Rank Types.
Each row is one rank. A member gets a rank as soon as their points reach the Points needed.

Rename them, change the numbers, or click + Add rank to add more. Click Save Changes.
Tip: Members see “60 points to Explorer” on their Rewards page, which gives them a clear next goal.
