The feed is the home page of your community. To write a post, click the Write post title here… box at the top. It opens the full post editor.
Write your post #
- Type a title.
- Type your text in the description box. You can use
@to mention a member — they get a notification. - Add extras with the buttons at the bottom (see below).
- Choose who can see it.
- Click Post.
Both the title and the description are required.
Add photos, videos and files #
| Button | What it does |

| 📎 Upload File | Attach images, videos or documents from your computer. Members can open them in a full-screen viewer. |
| 🎬 Embed Video | Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link. The video plays right inside the post. |
| 📊 Add Poll | Add a poll so members can vote. See Create a poll. |
Good to know: Your site admin sets the biggest file size and how many files you can attach at once.
Choose who can see it #
Click the visibility menu (it says Public by default):

Turn comments on or off #
Untick Allow Comments if you do not want replies on this post.
Preview before posting #
Click Preview to see exactly how the post will look on the feed.
Tip: Inside a group, the post box at the top of the group posts to that group only. Only group members see it.
